Losing some kilos

Yesterday i watched Biggest Loser. i was touched by their effort and suffering in losing their wight. i understand the pain and how hard to change your lifestyle and food intake... culculating the food calories before having a bite... done that last year. i managed to lose 11 kilos last year.

Unfortunately, this year is another story. My motivation to lose weight last year was i thought that if i can reduce the fatty in my body i may have a greater chance to conceive. When i didn't conceive until Early this year, i was frustrated. i started the old habit again.. eating like crazy... and now i managed to 'earn' back the 10 kilos i lost last year... huhuh

Watching the biggest loser made me realize how wrong i was in setting my objective to lose weight. It should not be about ttc only. But most importantly because i want to be healthy and cut the old-thick-fatty. All good things will come eventually (the slim body, no more sakit kaki, confident level, and babies..:)

So i decided to cut some kilos this Ramadhan. Going to start the diet and exercise regime all over again.

lunch time=working out at office'gym
sahur= low fat milk + cornflakes + kurma
berbuka = brown rice + vege + non oily dish
